Job Requirements:
- Age: 27-35 years.
- Graduation degree required (should be completed).
- No family/personal commitments during working hours.
- Freshers are Welcome: Candidates with a passion for learning and exceptional commitment are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Relevant experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is paramount.
Working Hours:
- 10 am - 7 pm Pakistan time (8-9 hours in a day).
- 6 days a week.
- Flexibility required for extra hours if necessary to cover a shift.
Job Description: General Duties:
- Can confidently manage shifts with common sense, problem-solving, decision-making, and managerial skills.
- Initial duties include managing the job dispatching system, tracking drivers, booking trips, quoting customers, communicating with the team, reporting important matters, tracking flights, dispatching jobs to suitable drivers, and setting up schedules.
Advanced Duties (Over Time):
- Rechecking and assigning fares to trips.
- Handling accounts.
- Managing a customer database.
- Designing fares for specific routes.
- Maintaining driver/staff records.
- Managing the website/business visibility.
- Conducting meetings with the team.
- Communicating with and educating drivers.
- Other general tasks as required.
Training and Selection Process:
- Immediate onboarding.
- 3-day unpaid training.
- Selection would be based on passion, dedication, job commitment, time management, and punctuality.
- Freshers Welcome: Individuals new to the field are invited to apply, provided they demonstrate eagerness to learn and work with dedication.
- Experience: Experience in the relevant field may be preferred.
Compensation:
- Probationary period salary: PKR 25,000 for the initial 3 months.
- Salary can get increased, based on performance
