Our organization is looking for an HR Associate to assist with administrative tasks in our human resources department. While you will not be directly responsible for recruitment, you will help process applications and assist with new employee onboarding. As part of this process, you will provide informational material and answer questions regarding employee benefits options. This is an administrative support role that is perfect for someone looking to gain professional experience in recruitment or HR administration. (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to Apply)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Full-Time & Onsite Job)

HR Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and selection cycle.
  • Responsible for filling the position within the stipulated time.
  • Hire the right candidate at the right time for the right position.
  • Coordinate with the concerned departments for vacant positions.
  • Draft all employees' JDs sales and take a sign from the employee, then put it in the file.
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS).
  • Conduct the Onboarding process as per company code of conduct.
  • Make offers to the selected candidates and handle the documentation process as per SOPs.
  • Issue employment contracts and verify completion.
  • Issue new employees with enrollment documents.
  • Conduct employee orientations.
  • Explain employee health benefits.
  • Respond to employees' queries regarding the company policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with the distribution of training material.
  • Maintain employee records with soft copy and hard copy.
  • Coordinate on a daily basis with concerned persons in Gujrat and Lahore offices and implement all HR-relevant things.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Respond to HR-related queries within the company under the assistance of your Manager.
  • Solve all employees' issues regarding HR.
  • Process probation expiry forms and confirmation letters.
  • Take exit interviews of departing employees and ensure completion of their exit clearance form, onboard the relevant department for recovery of the company assets.
  • Coordinate with the accounts finance department for clearance of the separated employees.
  • Update all employees' insurance and follow up with the insurance company for claims.
  • Track the daily attendance of all employees and share with concerned persons.
  • Coordinate with the payroll person regarding salary deduction or any kind of adjustment.
  • Fill all employees' asset handover forms.
  • Update company hierarchy.
  • Make all kinds of letters as per need.
  • At the time of any announcement always use an official email.
  • Always be ready for a new task from your manager.
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
  • Assist your manager to plan out Employee Engagement Activities / Event Planning.
  • Ensure all employees get their accounts made in the preferred bank of the company for salary disbursement.
  • Schedule itinerary bookings and appointments for employees.
  • Ensure all communication is through email.
  • Provide daily reports to your manager.
