We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a respect for established systems and processes. This role requires someone who can support the HR Manager with administrative tasks, such as handle recruitment cycles, coordinate with various departments, and manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality, and follow guidelines precisely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and processing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and assist with enforcing HR guidelines.
  • Manage employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain HR databases and systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR systems.
  • Proficient in database software, email systems, and office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, professional demeanour, with empathy and an approachable nature.
  • Strong organizational skills, attentiveness, honesty, and flexibility in working hours.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a calm nature under pressure.

Working Hours and Days:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Compensation:

  • Pay: Rs. 30,000.00 - Rs. 50,000.00 per month
  • Benefits: Medical Insurance, Lunch meal, 30 paid leave days, and an annual performance-based bonus.

  • Urgent hiring required—candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
  • No flexibility in working hours will be provided, and no pick & drop facility is available. Candidates should only apply if they can travel or live nearby.
  • No travel allowance will be provided.
