Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Customer Service Representative to manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate is a quick learner capable of memorizing scripts and adapting them on calls, serving as the voice of our company. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow call center scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
Utilize technical skills, channel experience, and data aptitude to enhance customer interactions.
Bilingualism is a plus, with proficiency in languages such as Arabic, English, Spanish, German, Russian, etc.
Demonstrate tenacity, flexibility, and a process-oriented approach.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and empathy in customer interactions.
Possess excellent consultation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Bachelors Degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
