We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Customer Service Representative to manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate is a quick learner capable of memorizing scripts and adapting them on calls, serving as the voice of our company. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow call center scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Utilize technical skills, channel experience, and data aptitude to enhance customer interactions.
  • Bilingualism is a plus, with proficiency in languages such as Arabic, English, Spanish, German, Russian, etc.
  • Demonstrate tenacity, flexibility, and a process-oriented approach.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Possess excellent consultation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
