Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  2. Strive for FCR by understanding customer needs and resolving concerns during the initial interaction, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  3. Analyze customer problems and find effective solutions, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  4. Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, working towards finding resolutions that meet both customer and company expectations.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
  7. Follow established protocols, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  8.  Work closely with other team members, departments, and supervisors to share knowledge and improve overall customer service processes.
  9. Provide feedback on customer issues, trends, and potential areas for improvement to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of customer service procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  2. Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  3. Excellent English verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
  6. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
  7. Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer proficiency.
