You will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various outbound channels to engage potential customers and create opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, social media, and other channels to generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential fit based on predefined criteria.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on our products, industry trends, and best practices in sales development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an SDR or similar role in a technology company is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
