Admission Officers

Big Binary Tech is looking for confident and motivated Admission Officers to join their team at the Lahore office. This full-time, onsite position involves engaging with prospective students to provide guidance on educational opportunities and assist them throughout the admission process. The role requires excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students make informed decisions about their education. Candidates will play a key role in converting inquiries into confirmed admissions while maintaining professional and courteous interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
- Guide students through the admission process and address their questions and concerns.
- Consistently follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and leads.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with students through professional communication.
- Meet or exceed assigned admission and enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications
- O/A Level students with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to follow up effectively.
