We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage office administration, transport, and facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization. This role requires implementing and overseeing administrative and security policies, supervising security personnel, and managing surveillance systems. The successful candidate will conduct risk assessments, organize emergency preparedness drills, and investigate security incidents while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards. Strong coordination with law enforcement and regulatory bodies is essential, along with effective procurement and vendor management to optimize cost and quality. Maintaining discipline, confidentiality, and clear communication within all administrative and security functions is a vital part of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration, transport logistics, and facilities management to maintain efficient operational flow.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce administrative and security policies across the organization.
- Supervise security personnel and manage CCTV, access control, and other surveillance systems.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and organize emergency drills to enhance safety preparedness.
- Investigate security incidents comprehensively and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage procurement processes and vendor contracts, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.
- Liaise effectively with law enforcement agencies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Uphold discipline, maintain confidentiality, and promote clear communication among administrative and security teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in administration, facilities, and security management.
- Proven expertise in security operations, risk assessment, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, vendor management, and coordination with law enforcement and government agencies.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to maintain discipline and make sound decisions under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Certifications in security or safety such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Candidates with backgrounds as Ex-Police, Ex-Army, or Ex-Revenue officers are strongly preferred due to their relevant experience and disciplined approach.
