• To ensure Housekeeping
  • To raise PR for Edible, Cleaning & Other Required Items
  • To arrange vehicle maintenance as per policy
  • Repair & Maintenance of furniture, Fixtures, Machinery & Equipment.
  • Payment of Utility Bills
  • To maintain and keep vehicle records up to date.
  • To maintain and keep records of all moveable assets up to date.
  • To liaison with the HR department and provide the necessary support for documentation of new hires, monthly employee attendance of sales staff, leave records, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Liaised with HO administration and oversee admin-related tasks in the south office.
