Office Accounts Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements.
- Generate financial reports and provide analysis to support decision-making.
Accounts Software Administration:
- Oversee the efficient functioning of the Accounts Software.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software.
Data Management:
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports and insights.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient data management practices.
Excel Proficiency:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for financial calculations, budgeting, and forecasting.
Social Media Advertising (Additional Skill):
- Develop and implement social media advertising strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc., for business purposes.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office accounts management.
- Proficiency in using accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and its advanced functions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding and experience in managing social media platforms for business is preferred but not mandatory.
