ADDMORE is looking for Production Manager.
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Supervise execution of Production Plan in Garment in Production.
- Ensure compliance to customer requirements on floor for product quality consistency.
- Design process flow for new products and carry out “first time run” checks.
- Implement quality checks to ensure product meets required quality standards.
- Ensure proper closing of orders in the given timelines.
- Evaluate performance of team and look for ways to increase productivity.
- Closely Follow weekly and monthly shipment plan to achieve targets Troubleshoot daily issues on floor in coordination with IE & Quality Teams.
- Supervise Customer Quality Assurance and Final Audit Inspections.
Skills & Competencies required:
- Excellent People Management skills
- Good & following instructions and working in a team
- Experience in method and time study to evaluate work methods Able to execute daily production.
