We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate (Job Portal Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, applying for and tracking job opportunities on various job portals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating data within the company database, performing quality checks to ensure accuracy, and communicating with other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying job opportunities on various job portals
- Applying for job opportunities accurately and efficiently
- Tracking job application progress and updating company database
- Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy of data entered
- Communicating with other departments as needed to verify or clarify data
- Managing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of completed work
- Identifying and reporting any data discrepancies or errors to management
- Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive data
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Experience with job portals and applying for job opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with data management software preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
