Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our social media presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances our online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media strategy that supports business goals and engages target audiences
Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Create and curate original and compelling content for social media channels
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns and promotions
Monitor and respond to social media mentions, comments, and messages
Analyze and report on social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management
Proven experience managing social media accounts and developing successful campaigns
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Excellent writing and content creation skills
Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
