Customer Sales Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Sales Agent to join our night shift team. As a Sales Agent for cold calling, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to work overnight hours, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our services, aiming to generate leads and set appointments.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through clear and engaging communication.
Follow up on leads from various sources (cold calling, referrals, etc.) to drive sales growth.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle objections and rejections professionally, while remaining persistent in pursuing sales goals.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team for further strategy improvements.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluent, clear, and confident).
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working during night shifts.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (preferred but not required).
