We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounts Officer to manage the organization's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments and receipts, reconciling accounts, assisting with taxation and payroll, and preparing regular financial reports for management. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ledgers, journals, vouchers, and financial registers. Record daily income, expenses, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Prepare and process invoices, bills, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense claims. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform regular bank, cash, customer, and supplier reconciliations. Maintain and monitor petty cash and cash transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balances, and Cash Flow Statements. Assist management in budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and financial planning. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up where required. Assist with payroll processing, employee advances, deductions, and related financial records. Ensure timely preparation and submission of applicable tax documents, challans, and withholding tax records. Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government departments when required. Assist during internal and external audits and provide supporting documentation. Ensure financial transactions comply with applicable company policies, accounting standards, and Pakistani tax/regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information. Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly. Perform any other finance and accounts-related duties assigned by management. Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field . B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, BBA Finance, M.Com, ACCA, CA Inter, or equivalent qualifications will be preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, ERP, SAP, or similar software will be an advantage. Strong command of MS Excel , including formulas, spreadsheets, and financial reporting. Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
