Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Command on MS Excel

Duties:

  • Prepare Attendance Sheet monthly.
  • Prepare the cheques deposit slips.
  • Prepare expense vouchers.
  • Checks all motorbikes and cars fuels vouchers and maintain record in Excel.
  • Making suppliers cheques for outstanding payments.
  • Posting vouchers in Main Ledger (Bank Payment Voucher, Expense voucher and General Journal Vouchers) in Accounts.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations of all banks.
  • Recheck invoices and get signed by HOD
  • Filling of all the documents (Invoices and vouchers)
