Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide regular reports to management on financial performance and forecasts.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and financial plans based on financial analysis and business goals. Monitor budget variances and adjust plans as needed.

3. SOP Development and Implementation: The company is growing, the candidate should have grip to develop new and efficient SOP’s in the accounts department.

4. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.

Resolve any billing or payment issues with clients and vendors.

5. Cash Management: Monitor cash flow and manage cash balances to ensure liquidity for operations. Make recommendations for optimizing cash management processes.

6. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, such as evaluating investment opportunities, assessing pricing strategies, or analyzing cost structures.

7. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities. Coordinate with external tax lawyers.

8. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

9. Financial Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems. Train staff on system usage and troubleshoot any issues.

10. Cost reduction and Cross check Mechanism: Developing a robust practice to reduce cost and conduct internal checks.

11. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, guiding accounting principles and procedures. Foster a collaborative work environment.

12. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive management to develop financial strategies aligned with company objectives. Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or Above
  • CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong grip on SAP B1 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
