This is a full-time remote Accounting Specialist role providing services to our clients in the industry. The Accounting Lead will be responsible for overseeing the record-keeping, financial controls, business planning, and performance tracking activities. They will play a key role in analyzing and reporting historical information, establishing financial controls, and assisting in business planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA or CMA certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a leadership role in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Shift hours - 8pm-4am with overtime as required
