We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will support the preparation of accurate financial records and contribute to the integrity of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
•Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
•Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
•Support audits and compliance processes.
•Help improve accounting workflows and documentation.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•1–3 years of accounting experience.
•Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
•Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
•Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
