Accountant & Data Entry Operator

QTECH is seeking a dedicated Accountant & Data Entry Operator to join their team in Lahore for a full-time, on-site position during the morning shift. The role primarily focuses on managing inventory data, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records of stock and sales. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of order details and supporting the overall financial and operational efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter inventory details, invoices, and part numbers into the system.
- Maintain and update stock and sales records regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Verify order details to confirm accuracy before processing.
- Support bookkeeping activities related to inventory and sales data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and record keeping.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or data entry, preferably within an accounting or inventory management context.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working in a similar role within a corporate or retail environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site morning shift setting.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 35,000 to 45,000 based on experience and qualifications.
