Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Engage with customers in the USA Home Repairs niche, provide excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Data Management: Update and manage customer information in Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Follow-up: Coordinate with customers and relevant departments to resolve any issues, ensuring timely responses and solutions.

What We Need From You:

USA Accent & Communication Skills: Clear, professional English with an American accent.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRMs, and other office tools.
Flexible Availability: Able to work a flexible 9-hour shift between 5:30 PM and 5:30 AM.
Quick Learner: Ability to adapt to new tasks quickly and efficiently.
Home Repairs Knowledge: A good understanding of the home repair niche is essential.
Call Center Experience: Prior experience with a USA-based call center campaign is a must.
