Oracle Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to join our real estate company’s IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle database solutions that support our real estate applications and operations. Your expertise will help ensure our systems are efficient, reliable, and secure, enabling us to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Database Development: Design, develop, and implement Oracle database solutions tailored for real estate applications, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Data Management: Manage and optimize data structures, ensuring integrity and availability of data related to property listings, transactions, and customer information.
Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize database performance through effective query tuning and indexing strategies, ensuring quick access to critical real estate data.
Integration Support: Collaborate with application developers to integrate Oracle databases with other systems and platforms, facilitating seamless data flow.
Data Migration: Assist in data migration projects, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of real estate data during system upgrades or migrations.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve database issues, providing timely support to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database architecture, processes, and standards to support ongoing development and compliance.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Oracle Developer, preferably within the real estate or related industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with Oracle database design, development, and administration.
Familiarity with real estate-specific applications or tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, especially in managing complex data sets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
