You help students navigate admission procedures, application requirements, and visa documentation to ensure a smooth enrollment process. By maintaining timely follow-ups on inquiries and leads, you contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. The role demands thorough knowledge of global immigration and visa policies alongside strong communication skills in English and Urdu. This role is designed for candidates with a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in education counseling, especially in study abroad consultancy. You are expected to stay informed about multiple study destinations and support students by assisting with documentation like Statements of Purpose and personal statements. Although this position does not involve team management, you collaborate closely with internal teams and partner universities to provide up-to-date and accurate information. The role offers a performance-oriented work environment with competitive salary, commissions on successful enrollments, and bonuses linked to key performance indicators such as student consultations, conversion ratios, visa success rates, and monthly revenue contributions.


Responsibilities
  • Provide professional counseling to students regarding international education opportunities and study destinations.
  • Assess student profiles thoroughly and recommend suitable countries, universities, colleges, and academic programs tailored to their educational and career goals.
  • Guide students comprehensively on admission processes, application requirements, and visa documentation to facilitate successful enrollment.
  • Assist students in preparing statements of purpose, personal statements, and other supporting documents necessary for applications.
  • Handle student inquiries professionally via walk-ins, telephone calls, and digital communication platforms to provide accurate information.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries and leads into confirmed enrollments.
  • Achieve established monthly and quarterly targets related to student enrollments and consultations.
  • Keep up to date with changes in global immigration policies, visa rules, and study abroad regulations to advise students accurately.
  • Coordinate effectively with partner universities, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records using student information systems and learning management systems.
  • Employ sales-oriented strategies and manage multiple cases concurrently to maximize conversion rates and revenue contributions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to improve counseling techniques and stay informed about international education trends.
  • Report on key performance indicators such as student consultations, conversion ratios, visa success rates, and monthly revenue contributions.
