Sales Consultant

Abode International is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the sales and service industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background including A level, ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, or BBA qualifications. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver sales presentations and foster strong client relationships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing product knowledge, and delivering customized sales solutions that drive business growth. The position does not involve managing a team but requires independent initiative and dedication to achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities

Conduct engaging sales presentations to potential and existing clients, showcasing products and services effectively.
Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored sales solutions that meet their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales and follow-up support.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance sales performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent post-sale support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the sales process.
Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-development initiatives.
