Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Present and demonstrate product features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and activity reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of pavers and tuff tiles products, their applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
