Abdul Wahab & Co is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export Operations Executive (Customs Clearance) to join our team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates who want to build a career in the export and logistics industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing export documentation, coordinating with clients, freight forwarders, transporters, and airport staff, and ensuring smooth customs clearance and timely shipment processing. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, strong communication and coordination abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
1) Minimum Matric qualification (Intermediate will be preferred)
2) Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
3) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet)
Good communication and organizational skills

5) Candidates residing near airport are preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding shipment bookings, pickup schedules, and shipment status.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain export documentation, including Goods Declarations (GD) and Air Waybills (AWB).
- Coordinate with shippers, freight forwarders, transporters, and airport staff to ensure smooth export operations.
- Arrange timely cargo pickup and delivery to the airport.
- Verify shipment documents and monitor cargo processing for accurate and timely customs clearance.
- Coordinate with labor teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and handover.
- Provide clients with shipment updates and final export documents after dispatch.
- Upload completed documentation to the company portal and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily operational reports and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
