Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records and data management.
  • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and insights, identifying trends and areas of improvement for employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their HR needs and provide tailored support in terms of policies and processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying updated on legal changes and policies affecting the workforce.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries, promoting effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge in relevant HR processes.
