Coordinate with Clients:

Create Learning Materials:

Develop and organize training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises.
Ensure materials are culturally appropriate and effective for diverse international audiences.

Monitor and Evaluate Training:

Track the progress of trainees and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide feedback and support to trainees to help them achieve their learning objectives.

Report on Training Outcomes:

Document trainees' progress and prepare reports for senior leadership.
Include insights on starting goals, achievements, and future training needs.
