We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team. This role will support the daily HR operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS data management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of payroll data.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing contracts.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Maintain HR documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics by compiling data and preparing reports on key HR metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, assisting in audits and maintaining compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
