Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Database management
  • Relevant Reporting
  • Work from home option is available but office sitting is preferred

Requirements:

  • Applicants MUST possess full Arabic proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
  • The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in an international customer support/call centre is a plus
  • Foreign nationals applying for this job MUST have a valid visa for stay in Pakistan during the time that they work with Abacus.
  • Work permit valid in Pakistan would be preferable.
