We are looking for an Assistant Manager - MIS and be a key player in optimizing our operational processes!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies to optimize resources.
Perform headcount forecasting and resource planning to ensure smooth operations.
Drive resource optimization initiatives to maximize productivity.
Conduct detailed audits and present actionable insights to management.
Utilize advanced Excel and other tools to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in MIS, resource planning, or related fields.

Skills:

Expertise in scheduling and headcount management.
Strong resource optimization and planning capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential).
Exceptional auditing and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Optional Value-Added:

Certifications in MIS or resource management are a plus!
