The Assistant Manager - MIS (Management Information Systems) will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, developing reports, and maintaining systems that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Oversee data collection, validation, and management to ensure data integrity across all reports and dashboards.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular and ad hoc reports for management, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Systems Optimization: Work with IT teams to maintain and enhance MIS software systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless operation of systems.
  • Data Visualization: Develop user-friendly dashboards and visualization tools using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or other software to present insights effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in data collection, storage, and reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with departments to gather requirements for new MIS initiatives, coordinate project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Training & Support: Train end-users on MIS processes and tools, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all MIS practices adhere to company policies, data protection standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in MIS, data analysis, or a related role.
