Floor Manager

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Floor Manager to join our dynamic team at Aashi Arsalan Salon & Spa. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of beauty professionals to deliver an exceptional spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise and support the team of hairstylists, estheticians, and other salon staff. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to maintain a positive work environment.
Operational Management: Monitor the salon floor to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards. Address any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
Sales & Promotions: Promote salon services and products to boost sales. Implement upselling strategies and achieve sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
inventory Control: Manage inventory levels for salon products, order supplies, and track stock usage to ensure availability for daily operations.
Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Assist in hiring and training new staff members as needed.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or extended hours if required.
