The HR & Operations Manager will play a key role in leading the project’s operational and HR functions. This position requires a disciplined professional with strong leadership skills, tasked with overseeing and coordinating the Sales, Recovery, and Finance teams. The HR & Operations Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, meeting recovery targets, and achieving high team morale.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Management:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that support project goals and ensure compliance.
    • Oversee the full recruitment process: job postings, candidate selection, onboarding, and training.
    • Foster a positive, motivated work environment; manage employee engagement and retention strategies.
    • Handle payroll, leave management, and other employee welfare tasks.
    • Conduct performance appraisals, and development plans, and address any employee grievances.
  2. Operations Management:
    • Ensure efficient, smooth day-to-day operations, addressing any operational challenges.
    • Coordinate with other department heads to streamline processes and maintain operational standards.
    • Set and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and recovery targets.
  3. Team Leadership & Development:
    • Provide direction, training, and support to team leads in Sales, Recovery, and Finance.
    • Set objectives and delegate tasks; conduct regular reviews to ensure progress.
    • Lead by example with a focus on discipline, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
    • Identify and address skill gaps within the team, recommending training or resources as needed.
  4. Sales, Recovery, and Finance Management:
    • Work closely with the Sales and Recovery teams to set targets and track recovery rates.
    • Collaborate with the Finance team on budget management, fund allocations, and cost-saving measures.
    • Develop and implement strategies for timely recovery of dues and smooth financial operations.
    • Provide regular reporting to senior management on performance metrics, sales, and recovery rates.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, operations, or team management, preferably within a real estate or construction environment.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR and project management tools.
  • Microsoft Excel & Real State ERP Softwares Preferred
