We are seeking a dedicated IELTS Teacher to join our team on a percentage-based model. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation classes to help students achieve their target band scores.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging IELTS preparation classes (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
- Develop lesson plans, mock tests, and strategies to improve student performance.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a professional and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in teaching IELTS (minimum 3 year preferred).
- Strong command of English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work with students of varying skill levels.
Skills Required:
Strong English Proficiency:
- Exceptional command over Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Ability to explain grammar concepts clearly and concisely.
Teaching Skills:
- Experience in teaching IELTS techniques and strategies.
- Ability to create interactive and engaging lessons.
- Provide customized lesson plans based on individual student needs.
Analytical & Feedback Skills:
- Assess student performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Deliver constructive feedback to boost confidence and skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to meet their goals.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
Time Management:
- Punctual and organized with a structured approach to lessons.
- Capable of managing multiple students and ensuring progress.
Compensation:
