We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth for our Building Management Systems and Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to our target audience in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Aala Tech’s services and solutions.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.

Brand Management

  • Enhance and maintain the Aala Tech brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to improve ROI.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Develop lead generation strategies to drive inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase Aala Tech’s solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with potential clients.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure campaign success.

Qualifications & Experience Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or automation sectors.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
