Manager Human Resources - HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Handle payroll coordination, benefits, and HR documentation
Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
Manage training, succession planning, and talent development
Maintain accurate HR records and MIS reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
12–15 years of relevant HR experience, including managerial level
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
