We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our team with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in accounts and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the statements of Customers and Vendors
- Data entry for vendor payments and customer receipts
- Data entry for customer and supplier orders in the Odoo
- Monthly closing adjustments and entries
- Maintain Employee’s Expenses and Reimbursements record
- Employee profile updating into the system and employee credentials filing
- Any other tasks assigned by the Head
Qualification & Requirements
- Have a B.com or equivalent bachelor's degree related to accounts & finance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A punctual, honest, hardworking, active listener, strong decision-maker
- Minimum 3 years experience in the accounts/recovery department
- Expertise in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Fluent in English
