Mobility and good communication skills are essential to successfully manage on-site activities and collaborate with stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize refrigeration systems, especially ammonia refrigeration setups and screw compressor units, tailored for large cold storage facilities.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections on refrigeration and HVAC equipment to ensure peak performance and extended equipment lifespan.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex refrigeration system issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions and ensure continuous functionality.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment and preventing hazards.
  • Manage the integration and operation of energy management systems to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption across refrigeration units.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical sales teams to provide client support, technical knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document maintenance activities, system modifications, and operational procedures in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide technical expertise during the installation of new refrigeration equipment, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with technological advancements and regulatory changes in refrigeration engineering to maintain cutting-edge practices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for equipment procurement, servicing, and repair activities when necessary.
  • Ensure clear communication with management and other departments about system status, maintenance schedules, and project progress.
  • Travel to various sites as required to perform inspections, maintenance, and provide technical support.
