Maintenance & Updates:
- Keep an eye out for needed updates.
- Automate website and user data backup on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Support & Administration:
- Support and administer third-party applications.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, passwords, and other required configurations.
Network Security:
- Ensure network security, malware protection, and connectivity through antivirus solutions.
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilisation, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:
- Resolve problems reported by end users.
- Troubleshoot network issues or outages.
Policy & Procedure Development:
- Define network policies and procedures.
- Specify system requirements and design solutions.
Research & Recommendations:
- Research and make recommendations on Windows server system administration.
Communication & Liaison:
- Maintain UK customer's voice call quality and connectivity between PK & UK office customer care team.
- Install and maintain PK office CCTV cameras and recordings.
- Perform all responsibilities for the PK & UK (Virtual) office, ensuring comprehensive monitoring.
Printer and Scanner
- Have good knowledge of the configuration of the Printer and Scanner and its Troubleshooting.
Additional Duties:
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
Requirements and Skills:
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Also, Knowledge of Ethernet Cat 6 cable Connectors and Cable Standards.
- know about Attendance Machine (ZK-TECH MACHINE) Software.
- Well-known about One Drive, Share Point, Office 365.
- Well know About Router Configuration (Mikrotik).
- Configurations about DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Connection
- Prior experience in a network administrator role.
- Hands-on experience with networking, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPN, LAN, WAN, VLAN troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Understanding of Layer 2 and 3 network infrastructures.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with end users.
