We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and experienced individual in a HR Management role.

Minimum 3 years of HR Management experience will be essential in addition to holding experience of leading, managing and coaching your team and the wider staff. You also need the drive to lead and deliver within your role, in addition to excellent attention to detail. Most importantly, the ability to think on your feet and communicate with all stake holders is indispensable within this role! Please note that the line management for this position is UK based and the working hours are based on the UK Clock as well! You must live within a commutable distance from the location of our site which is based at the following address.

Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and Manage HR workflow and team by delegating and completing as necessary and appropriate.
  • Understanding, implementing and enforcing AAWS policies & procedures. Coaching management as required on these.
  • Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, confidentiality and safety.
  • Overall management of office conduct alongside regular reporting to UK Management Team.
  • Work with Head of HR (UK based) to implement projects on successfully outsourcing various UK HR tasks to PK HR Team. 
  • Experience with a variety of office software (email, outlook, calendars, spread sheets and databases) and a high level of accuracy in completing reports and presentations.
  • Managing end to end monthly payroll in line with company procedures.
  • Manage on boarding process for new hires.
  • Take ownership on managing employees queries regarding HR & office management issues by delegating to HR team or resolving themselves as necessary.
  • Project Management as required.
  • Manage in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
  • Work closely with the UK office & Management team to highlight challenges and agree solutions.
  • Any other reasonable duties in line with line management instructions.

Person Specification

  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the drive to make things happen.
  • Excellent communicator with excellent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and able to think outside the box to find innovative solutions to situations.
  • Approachable, willing to provide support where required and work with a positive team spirit rather than an individualistic attitude.
  • Self-starter; someone who will take initiatives rather than always wait for their line manager to allocate work
  • Adaptable and dynamic with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate the team.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably within the HR domain.
