• Develop HR policies on issues such as work conditions, equal opportunities, performance, management, absence management, and disciplinary procedures with the General Manager Human Resources.
  • Conduct new employee orientation program and other training programs on changes in benefits, diversity, etc.
  • Proactively raise issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.
  • Compile and manage case management documentation, accompanying and support managers.
  • Promote diversity and equality as part of the organization’s culture.
  • Liaise with a broad range of organizations regarding a variety of areas i.e. race relations, gender, disability, religion, age, health and safety.
  • Brief new/existing staff on the policies and procedures of an organization in conjunction with development and learning team, providing coaching to staff on difficult and complex issues.
  • Ensure the maintenance of all payroll data.
  • Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation.
  • Develop, maintain and update policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed.
  • Collect ongoing information regarding the satisfaction of employees on salary packages and wages, working conditions, etc.
  • Keep staff informed on anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Review and update employee rules and regulations
  • Administer and keep information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date.
  • Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
  • Utilize external resources in order to monitor issues and concerns in employment law while communicating potential changes to senior management.
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Coordinate with Internal & SBP Audit Teams.
