Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
- Maintain a database of candidates and job applicants.
Onboarding:
- Help prepare orientation materials for new hires.
- Ensure completion of onboarding formalities, including document collection.
Employee Engagement:
- Support the organization of team-building activities and events.
- Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
HR Operations:
- Update and maintain employee records in HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies during daily operations.
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
