Recruitment Support:

Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms and screening resumes.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

Onboarding:

Help prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientations.Ensure all employee records are complete and up-to-date.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update HR databases and employee files.Assist in drafting letters, memos, and other HR documents.

Employee Engagement:

Help organize employee events, training sessions, and wellness programs.Assist in gathering feedback through surveys or informal check-ins.

Policy Compliance:

Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Other Duties:

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.
