- Open the cash vault and count the same to ensure the amount is correct as per the last working day ledger.
- Properly handle PKR & FC cash.
- Sort and count currency and coins.
- Double-check the currency count for every transaction execution.
- Check remittance receipts while making payments.
- Check FC bills while currency exchange payments.
- Maintain transaction record.
- Maintain PKR & FC cash denomination.
- Reconcile cash in case of any difference.
- Close the day-end PKR & FC cash with zero difference and assign ledger along with the counter signature of senior.
- Maintain day-end cash in a vault under the supervision of a senior officer.
- Answer the internal/external auditor queries.
