• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, including employee rights, working hours, and termination procedures.
  • Keep updated with changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation of the same in HR policies and practices.
  • Handle legal queries related to employment and labor law.
  • Manage EOBI registration, payments, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure that all employees eligible for EOBI benefits are properly registered and contributions are submitted on time.
  • Maintain records and address any EOBI-related issues raised by employees.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure that all HR procedures are aligned with company goals and legal standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to maintain SOP compliance.
  • Ensure that the company is meeting all obligations under the Worker Welfare Board regulations.
  • Manage benefits, funds, and programs provided by the Worker Welfare Board for employees.
  • Liaise with the Worker Welfare Board for any updates or clarifications.
  • Manage employee registration and ensure compliance with social security laws.
  • Submit contributions on time and handle any employee queries related to social security benefits.
  • Coordinate with relevant government departments for updates and changes in social security regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns related to welfare, compensation, and legal matters.
  • Provide guidance and support on issues such as workplace grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution.
  • Promote employee engagement and welfare initiatives in line with company policies.
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting in the creation of job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that new employees are oriented to company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in identifying employee training needs and developing appropriate training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.
  • Assist in the administration of the performance management system, ensuring that employee reviews are conducted in a timely and fair manner.
  • Provide support in goal setting and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Generate HR reports, including workforce metrics, for decision-making.
