Key Responsibilities:

Property Sales & Rentals:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential, commercial, or luxury properties.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
  • Provide comprehensive property information to clients and facilitate property viewings.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with buyers, sellers, and landlords.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow up on leads and keep clients informed throughout the buying or renting process.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, property values, and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Conduct property market research to determine competitive pricing and market opportunities.
  • Advise clients on the best investment opportunities based on market insights.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and online platforms to promote properties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective property marketing campaigns.
  • Organize property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase properties to potential buyers.

Documentation & Legal Compliance:

  • Assist clients with the preparation and submission of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations and laws.
  • Coordinate with legal professionals, developers, and other stakeholders to complete deals.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, clients, and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, leads, and market trends to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a similar sales role (preferably in Dubai or the UAE market).
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of CRM software (experience with property platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, or Dubizzle is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or other languages are a plus).
