Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support clients using our Cloud Phone System (VoIP), SIP Trunks, Fixed Line Services, Broadband, Leased Lines Support and Troubleshooting experience of PBX, VoIP, IP telephony, DSL, ADSL to a 1st line level
  • Raising technical support cases against telephone and email requests
  • Ensure tickets are dealt and responded to within the Service Level Agreement Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics to determine problems, testing, and providing solutions to business users
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner

Skills desirable for the role:

  • Experience of working in a helpdesk environment is desirable but not a 'must-have'
  • Be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems methodically
  • Strong written and verbal skills Quick learner and someone who shows a willingness to take on issues so they may improve their own knowledge
  • Awesome customer service skills, be the customer champion

Must haves:

  • Background in a customer service role
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as Voip Support Engineer in the telecom industry

  • TCP/IP networking
