We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Male Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling phone calls, possess computer knowledge, and be adept at managing office tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or transferring calls to the appropriate departments
- Utilize computer skills for tasks such as email communication, data entry, and basic office software
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments or meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support office management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Salary Range: 20,000-25,000
