Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and manage taxi dispatch operations, monitor requests, and optimize driver schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain efficient communication between dispatch, drivers, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Taxi dispatch or international call center preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication (British accent preferred), fluent English, customer management, multi-tasking.
  • Availability: Must be flexible for day, night, and overnight shifts.
  • Commute: Must be able to commute to Lahore or relocate.
