Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage taxi dispatch operations, monitor requests, and optimize driver schedules.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain efficient communication between dispatch, drivers, and customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Taxi dispatch or international call center preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication (British accent preferred), fluent English, customer management, multi-tasking.
- Availability: Must be flexible for day, night, and overnight shifts.
- Commute: Must be able to commute to Lahore or relocate.
